India’s EV maker Wardwizard Innovations Intends to Establish Joint Venture in Saudi Arabia

Indian electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer Wardwizard Innovations and Mobility revealed on Friday that it has received a letter of intent to create a joint venture in Saudi Arabia. This venture aims to set up an assembly plant and an EV cell plant in the Kingdom.

The assembly plant will start by focusing on the production of electric two-wheelers, three-wheelers, and four-wheelers. There are also plans to expand in the future to include electric bus manufacturing. As part of its growth strategy, the plant aims to integrate advanced technologies to enhance efficiency and sustainability. Additionally, the facility will prioritize local sourcing to support regional economies and reduce environmental impact. In the long term, the plant seeks to become a leading hub for innovative electric vehicle solutions.

Furthermore, the EV cell plant will be dedicated to manufacturing electric vehicle cells, according to Reuters.
In conclusion, the company did not disclose the cost associated with entering into the joint venture.
