Min. of Communications, Human Capacity Development Launch ‘Digital Future Readiness’ for AI Skills

The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, with the Human Capability Development Program, has launched the “Digital Future Readiness Program.” This initiative aims to develop skilled national talent in generative artificial intelligence.
Additionally, it follows the successful completion of the program’s pilot phase with Noon Academy.
The launch event was attended by the Deputy Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Haitham Al-Owaily; the Undersecretary of the Ministry for Future Capabilities and Functions, Ibrahim Al-Nasser; and the CEO of the Human Capital Development Program, Anas Al-Mudayfer. The program also emphasized the importance of generative artificial intelligence skills, its implementation, and maximizing its benefits.
Moreover, the event highlighted these skills’ role in enhancing national digital capabilities and encouraged their use for innovation and a prosperous digital future.

Digital Future Readiness Program
On the sidelines of the launch of Digital Future Readiness Program, a number of agreements were signed between Noon Company and several educational institutions and the Insan Association to prepare and train beneficiaries among students.
The Program also aims to build 21st-century skills in national cadres and boost their global competitiveness, particularly in generative AI. It targets over 7,000 professionals and ensures the ongoing development of digital skills through educational partnerships. Additionally, the program raises awareness of generative AI’s impact on productivity and creativity.
