The Saudi Ports Authority “Mawani” has added the new shipping service “LMX” of “CMA-CGM” to Jubail Commercial Port, reported the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
“LMX” will further support national exports and boost the Kingdom’s connection to global markets, in line with the National Strategy for Transport and Logistics Services.
With a capacity of up to 3,500 standard containers, the new service connects Jubail Commercial Port with the ports of Iskenderun and Mersin in Turkey, Jebel Ali in the UAE, and Beirut in Lebanon.
Adding this significant service stands as a testament to Mawani’s commitment to strengthening the Kingdom’s position in the maritime navigation network connectivity index and raising the efficiency of operational performance in Saudi ports.
