The fifth edition of the Ceredo 2026 Real Estate Development and Ownership Exhibition has concluded after a three-day run at the Jeddah Super Dome, under the patronage of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing. The event drew broad participation from government and private entities, real estate developers, investors and prospective buyers seeking ownership and financing solutions.
Over its three days, the exhibition attracted around 35,000 visitors and witnessed the signing of a number of agreements and memoranda of understanding between participating entities and companies, aimed at expanding areas of cooperation and partnership and enhancing investment opportunities in the real estate sector.
More than 50 government and private entities and developers showcased a range of projects and real estate opportunities, including several residential projects across the Makkah region. Participating companies reaffirmed their commitment to implementing and completing these projects according to specified timelines.

Ceredo 2026
As a specialized platform, Ceredo brought together experts, investors and developers to discuss the real estate sector’s role in supporting economic development, the transformations underway in the Kingdom’s property market, rapid technological advances, and the shift toward smart cities and sustainable projects.
Key outcomes focused on strengthening public–private partnerships, unveiling new projects and investment opportunities, providing financing and housing solutions to visitors, raising awareness of real estate systems and regulations, and fostering direct communication between developers, investors and beneficiaries.
The participation of government entities enabled visitors to learn directly about services, solutions and programmes related to ownership, financing and real estate regulation. This integration between government and the private sector contributed to offering more diverse options for beneficiaries and investors and supported the overall efficiency of the real estate ecosystem.
The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing’s patronage and participation reflect its ongoing work to enhance integration across the municipalities and housing ecosystem, deepen partnerships with the private sector, and expand housing, financing and investment options—supporting the transition toward vibrant, integrated communities and boosting the sector’s attractiveness.
Ceredo 2026 concluded amid an expansion of development projects, growth in housing supply, and the evolution of financing and regulatory solutions in Saudi Arabia’s real estate market—enhancing investment and ownership opportunities and supporting Saudi Vision 2030 goals for quality of life and the development of more vibrant, sustainable communities.
