The Saudi Ports Authority “Mawani” announced that “Ocean Network Express (ONE)” has added new shipping service “RG2” to the Jeddah Islamic Port, reported the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
The new service connects Jeddah Islamic Port with the several ports around the world via regular weekly trips, with a capacity of 2,902 standard containers.
These ports include Mundra in India, Jebel Ali in the UAE, Aqaba in Jordan, and Sokhna in Egypt.
Adding this significant service stands as a testament to Mawani’s commitment to strengthening the Kingdom’s position in the maritime navigation network connectivity index and raise the efficiency of operational performance in Saudi ports.
The new shipping services also enhances the link between the Kingdom and global markets and supports national exports and imports, in line with the National Strategy for Transport and Logistics Services.
