Saudia, the national flag carrier of Saudi Arabia, has entered into a five-year strategic partnership with Six Flags and Aquarabia Qiddiya City, becoming the exclusive Official Premier Airline Partner.
In a press release, Saudia said the agreement involves curating special travel packages aimed at streamlining access to world-class attractions.
Moreover, the partnership features a significant branding component, including custom aircraft liveries and interactive Saudia installations at Six Flags and Aquarabia.
On this occasion, the Chief Marketing Officer of Saudia Group, Khaled Tash, underscored the airline’s commitment to supporting national development projects such as Six Flags and Aquarabia Qiddiya City, in line with Saudi Vision 2030 and Saudia’s strategy to bring the world to the Kingdom.
“Partnerships of this scale with national partners play a key role in positioning Saudi Arabia as a leading global destination for entertainment and tourism,” he said.
Similarly, the Park President of Six Flags and Aquarabia Qiddiya City, Brian Machamer, hailed the partnership with Saudia, which promotes premier entertainment destinations across the Kingdom and strengthens its status as a global tourism destination.
“Our partnership with Saudia not only reflects a shared ambition to connect the Kingdom to the world through world-class entertainment experiences, but strengthens our ability to attract visitors from around the world and realize our vision of setting a new global benchmark for immersive, world-class theme park entertainment,” he noted.
“Together, we are enhancing access to our destinations and reinforcing Saudi Arabia’s growing presence on the global tourism stage,” Machamer added.
Located in Riyadh’s Tuwaiq Mountains, Qiddiya City is home to Six Flags, featuring six themed lands and 28 premier attractions; and Aquarabia, offering 22 aquatic attractions, including specialized zones for surfing and white-water kayaking.
These world-class destinations offer record-breaking rides, including the global-benchmark Falcons Flight, alongside luxury aquatic attractions and immersive entertainment.
