Saudi Arabia Gifts Chad 125 Tons of Dates

King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) delivered Saudi Arabia’s gift to Chad, which included 125 tons of dates, reported Saudi Press Agency.

Saudi Ambassador to the Republic of Chad Amer bin Ali Al-Shehri delivered it, on behalf of the Centre.

This gift is part of the programs offered by the Saudi government to a number countries to distribute it among the most needy families in different regions of the world.

Besides Chad, Saudi Arabia has been delivering dates to a number of countries.

Two days ago, the Center delivered the Saudi government’s gift of 25 tons of dates to the Comoros, reported Saudi Press Agency.

Saudi Arabia’s Ambassador to Comoros Atallah Zayed Al Zayed delivered the gift, on behalf of the Centre, to the Comoros Commissioner for Solidarity and Social Affairs Maysara Adam.

Al Zayed indicated that the Kingdom’s gift confirms the continuation of its humanitarian efforts at all levels, indicating that this embodies the depth of relations between the two countries and peoples.

Three weeks ago, KSrelief delivered 25 tons of dates to the World Food Program in the Federal Republic of Tanzania, reported Saudi Press Agency.

The World Food Program signed a memorandum of receipt of the shipment from the Center in preparation for its distribution to beneficiaries in the refugee camp in Kigoma, Tanzania.
