The National eLearning Center (NeLC) has launched the “MicroX” short university programs initiative to develop national cadres, reported the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
As part of the Human Capability Development Program, the initiative aims to provide Saudi citizens with necessary skills to adapt with the rapid changes in the job market and improve their global competitiveness.
Implemented by the NeLC, MicroX offers 350 short university programs through the FutureX digital education and training platform.
Moreover, Saudi universities will provide all these programs in line with the needs and requirements of the Saudi labor market.
Great Significance
The initiative targets university students, job seekers, and employees through strategic partnerships with more than 200 partners, local and international universities, academic institutions, and employment agencies.
Thus, it represents a professional platform for citizens to keep pace with future requirements in various fields such as innovation, entrepreneurship, digital health, artificial intelligence, transportation, logistics, manufacturing, culture, and entertainment.
