King Abdulaziz Port recently set records in container handling, including a peak of 292,612 TEUs in May 2024. Furthermore, this main Arabian Gulf port is linked to Riyadh’s dry port by rail and serves as a key hub for goods traveling to the Eastern and Central regions.
