Cluster2 Airports Turns Passenger Experience into Global Benchmark
As Saudi Arabia reshapes its aviation landscape, the transformation is vividly reflected in the experiences offered inside its airports.
Setting New Aviation Benchmarks
Reflecting this evolution, Cluster2 Airports, operator of 22 airports across different regions of the Kingdom, has gained international recognition for this progress, securing 36 accreditations and three global awards from Airports Council International (ACI) in 2026.
This milestone signals the special focus on international benchmarks, accessibility, as well as passenger-centered airport operations.

The accreditation stands as a testament to their efforts to provide a more inclusive environment for passengers with disabilities, in line with international best practices and standards.
Elevating Every Passenger Journey
The quality of the experience does not end with accessibility; airports also shape it through how seamlessly and thoughtfully they serve passengers.
Eighteen Cluster2 airports secured Level 3 Customer Experience Accreditation, reflecting their integration of customer experience principles across both strategy and daily operations.
By advancing innovative practices focused on elevating service quality, the airports seek to make every stage of the journey more efficient, seamless, and memorable.
Measuring Excellence Through Experience
Remarkably, passenger satisfaction has also emerged as a powerful measure of Cluster2’s performance, with three of its airports earning regional titles through ACI’s 2025 Airport Service Quality (ASQ) program.
Arar International Airport emerged as the Best Airport in the Middle East among airports serving fewer than two million passengers, while Bisha Airport also became as the region’s Best Airport for Ease of Passenger Journey in the same category.

Advancing the Kingdom’s larger regional gateways, Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz International Airport in Tabuk was also recognized as the Best Airport in the Middle East for Departure Experience among airports serving between two and five million passengers.
Together, these achievements highlight a broader push in Saudi aviation, where the industry increasingly defines excellence not only by connectivity, but by the quality, inclusivity, and seamlessness of every passenger journey.
