
A video spread on all social media showing the Saudi Minister of Health Fahad Al-Jalajel, providing assistance and guidance to a Syrian pilgrim, saying: “Nakhdomkom Beayouna”.
This came during the minister’s tour to inspect the progress of work in a hospital in Mecca during the Hajj season.
The minister said during his conversation with the Syrian pilgrim: “King Salman is the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and we are proud to be servants of the guests of God.”
The Syrian pilgrim expressed his joy and gratitude to the minister for his humility and magnanimity. He also thanked the Ministry of Health for its efforts to ensure the safety and health of pilgrims. Moreover, these efforts contribute to providing a journey full of safety and enhance pilgrims’ feeling of support and care in all medical centers.
The Minister’s gesture is part of the Kingdom’s services to pilgrims, including free health care and continuous guidance for everyone’s safety. The video showed the minister interacting with the Syrian pilgrim, reflecting Saudi Arabia’s values of generosity and hospitality. It also received wide applause on social media.
