Saudi Arabia welcomed the first batch of Syrian Hajj pilgrims who arrived in Mecca on Tuesday, reported Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
Saudi authorities have facilitated the entry procedures of 200 Syrian pilgrims who will perform the fifth pillar of Islam during this season.
Rawaf Mina for Pilgrims Services is playing a pivotal role as a successful company licensed by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and designed to provides services to Hajj pilgrims.
The company is currently serving the Syrian pilgrims with a significant goal to provide them with seamless services from the moment they arrive in the Kingdom until they complete their pilgrimage rituals.
Syrian pilgrims have expressed their gratitude to the Kingdom for facilitating all procedures and ensuring safe and smooth journeys.
The Saudi General Directorate of Passports has recently announced that the Kingdom welcomed a total of 532,958 pilgrims as of Sunday.
The Presidency of Religious Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque has recently unveiled the operational plan for the Hajj season of 1445H. The plan is mainly focused on enriching the religious experience by launching 120 religious enrichment initiatives during 2024 season.
Furthermore, the Presidency has also approved the launch of 1,000 Quran memorization programs to spread Quran’s morals and moderate messages across the world.
Through this year’s plan, Saudi Arabia aims to foster the religious digital experience provided by the Two Holy Mosques. The Kingdom has successfully integrated religious digital services, widely invested in technology and artificial intelligence, and professionally promoted applications and digital media.
