
Saudi Environment Week 2026 will begin on May 3 in Riyadh, as announced by the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture. The week-long event will include a variety of programs, activities, and interactive awareness campaigns held across different regions of the Kingdom.
The initiative aims to promote lasting environmental sustainability by increasing public awareness, conserving natural resources, and encouraging community involvement in field activities. It will also showcase national initiatives and highlight the role of innovation and technology in addressing environmental issues.
In addition, the event is designed to foster stronger collaboration between government entities, the private sector, and non-profit organizations. These partnerships will help tackle environmental challenges and support the long-term sustainability of resources for future generations.

The ministry stressed the importance of broad community participation, noting that collective efforts are key to raising awareness and encouraging more responsible environmental practices.
