Mecca’s Streets Celebrate Saudi Flag Day
Mecca is adorned with the kingdom’s flags in celebration of Saudi Flag Day. It falls on March 11th of each year, reported Saudi Press Agency. The flags are flying in the streets, squares, and neighborhoods of the Holy Capital. Moreover, the Municipality of Mecca distributed flags bearing the emblem of monotheism and hung them in squares, streets, and plazas. The Education Administration in Mecca also celebrated Flag Day in schools, universities, and its affiliated facilities.
Citizens Take Pride in Saudi Flag Day
A number of the Holy Capital’s residents confirmed that the Saudi Flag Day is a source of pride and dignity for every citizen. It carries the emblem of monotheism. They expressed feelings of unity and loyalty to the leadership and the nation. Moreover, they extended their congratulations and best wishes to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and to His Royal Highness the Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman on the occasion of Flag Day.
