The National Consumer Industries Exhibition in Makkah is currently providing visitors an in‑depth showcase of Saudi Arabia’s industrial progress and the extraordinary quality of its national products, according to the Saudi Press Agency.
Running until January 16, the exhibition showcases the breadth of Saudi manufacturing, offering investors, entrepreneurs, and consumers a wide range of products that foster local industry.
A standout feature of the exhibition is the integration of locally sourced products into perfumery, highlighting their pivotal role as major ingredients in luxury fragrances.

Known as the Kingdom’s rose capital, Taif is home to 860 farms that yield nearly 500 million roses each year, supported by 45 processing plants.
Taif’s iconic roses have secured a prestigious recognition in 2024 after being inscribed on UNESCO’s Representative List of Intangible Cultural Heritage.
In Madinah, rose farms flourish year‑round in cooler, temperate climates, though production tapers during the summer heat.
Meanwhile, farms in the Jazan Region yield approximately 800 tons of aromatic plants annually, supplying multiple international markets.
As for the Northern Borders, the wilderness of the region provides a vast array of aromatic species.
