KFSH, Qiddiya Investment Company Partner to Launch Qiddiya Sports Medical Center

King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre (KFSH) and Qiddiya Investment Company have entered into a strategic agreement to establish the Qiddiya Sports Medical Center in Riyadh, with the goal of providing advanced sports medicine services that meet international standards.

The agreement was formalized at KFSH headquarters in Riyadh, where KFSH Chief Executive Officer Dr. Majid Alfayyadh and Qiddiya Investment Company Managing Director and Board Member Abdullah AlDawood signed on behalf of their respective organizations, in the presence of senior representatives from both sides.

This initiative focuses on creating a specialized facility dedicated to serving professional athletes, rising talents, and the broader community. It aims to strengthen sports healthcare services across the Kingdom and support the growing demand for high-quality medical care in the sports sector.

As part of the partnership, KFSH will provide technical expertise and operational support, as well as oversee the center’s management. This will ensure the delivery of integrated services that combine clinical excellence with research and innovation in specialized medical care.

The Qiddiya Sports Medical Center will deliver a full spectrum of services, including injury prevention, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, and performance enhancement. The project is expected to contribute to the continued expansion of Saudi Arabia’s sports sector while supporting the goals of Vision 2030.

This collaboration highlights a shared commitment to strengthening the connection between healthcare and sports, while developing advanced infrastructure that promotes the growth of the sports industry in the Kingdom.

KFSH continues to earn global recognition, ranking first in the Middle East and North Africa and 12th worldwide among the top 250 academic medical centers for 2026. It has also been named the most valuable healthcare brand in the Kingdom and the region by Brand Finance 2025, and featured by Newsweek in its lists of the World’s Best Hospitals 2026, World’s Best Smart Hospitals 2026, and World’s Best Specialized Hospitals 2026.
