Saudi Developer Partners to Launch $1 Billion Entertainment-Themed Properties

Saudi property developer Aqaratic and Egeez World announced a $1 billion partnership to launch entertainment-themed properties. The collaboration aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, aiming to redefine urban living with immersive experiences.

Egeez World specializes in licensed entertainment, bringing iconic brands like Emoji, Smurfs, and Youtooz into the real estate market. This initiative will merge urban sophistication with entertainment nostalgia, elevating Saudi Arabia’s global innovation status.

Key Players Drive Ambitious Goals

Egeez World founder Nathen Mazri envisions introducing leading entertainment IP content and studios to the Saudi real estate sector. Aqaratic CEO Walid Al Mahmoud, a seasoned expert in asset management, will spearhead the ambitious developments. Fadi Elmasri, Egeez co-founder and CIO, brings extensive megaproject management expertise to the venture.

The planned developments promise luxury-branded residences and hospitality infused with creative, entertainment-driven themes. These projects aim to create engaging living spaces and align with the Kingdom’s innovative urban goals.

Part of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030

The Kingdom’s Vision 2030 has inspired mega projects like Qiddiya’s performing arts hub, Six Flags theme park, and Dragon Ball Z attractions. This partnership reflects the Kingdom’s growing prominence in global real estate and entertainment licensing.

The announcement during Cityscape Global underscores Saudi Arabia’s drive to redefine urban living and lead in innovation.
