SEVEN Unveils $347 Million Entertainment Destination in Jazan
Saudi Entertainment Ventures (SEVEN), part of Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC) under the Public Investment Fund (PIF), has announced a SAR1.3 billion entertainment project in Jazan region. This flagship development will transform the Jazan waterfront with exceptional entertainment and recreational facilities.
The project, located near the North Corniche Park along Jazan’s waterfront, spans over 60,000 square meters. It offers 73,000 square meters of built-up space with state-of-the-art attractions. Its proximity to the city center ensures easy access for both residents and visitors from nearby areas.

Unique Design Reflecting Jazan’s Beauty
Designed by Gensler, a global architecture firm, the project incorporates elements inspired by Jazan’s rugged mountains, Red Sea coastline, and fragrant jasmine flowers. This design approach aims to deliver a visually stunning and culturally rich destination.
SEVEN’s destination promises a wide array of attractions, catering to diverse interests and ages. Visitors can enjoy an indoor golf course, perfect for both beginners and seasoned golfers. Families will find thrill rides in an entertainment district designed for fun and excitement.
A premium cinema complex with multiple theaters will elevate the movie-going experience. The Hot Wheels-inspired electric karting track will offer adrenaline-filled racing for adventure seekers. For younger visitors, Discovery Adventures’ indoor adventure center will encourage creativity through engaging activities.
Dining and Retail Offerings
The destination will also feature curated dining options, blending local and international cuisines. Retail outlets and cafes will complement the entertainment offerings, ensuring a complete experience for visitors.
Alfanar Projects, awarded the development contract, will collaborate with SEVEN to deliver this world-class destination. Alfanar’s Executive Vice President, Amer Alajmi, emphasized their shared vision to create high-quality experiences for the Jazan community and beyond.
