Ensan Charity Hosts Iftar Event
Ensan Charity hosted a charity iftar event attended by Her Royal Highness Princess Sara bint Khalid bin Abdulaziz, along with sponsors, supporters, and community members.
Opening Ceremony and Speeches
The event commenced with Quranic recitations followed by a speech by Dr. Shaiea Al-Otaibi, Assistant Director-General for Beneficiary Services at the Society. She emphasized the vital role of the non-profit sector in driving comprehensive and sustainable development in the country.
Acknowledgement of Support
The Society acknowledged the support received from the wise government over its 25-year journey. The Society now operates 22 branches in Riyadh and its provinces, catering to over 40,000 orphans, significantly improving their quality of life.
Entertainment and Presentations
The evening featured an operetta titled “Al-Wafa” and a heritage presentation. Attendees also witnessed a visual presentation introducing this year’s media campaign launched by His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, emphasizing the theme “Because I am Human.”
Princess Sara’s Address
Princess Sara delivered a speech praising the significant role played by the Society’s Board of Directors, led by Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, in realizing the Society’s vision and mission. She highlighted their continuous support, attention, and follow-up on the Society’s activities.
Closing and Recognition
Finally, Princess Sara was honored for her ongoing support to the Humanitarian Society, along with the participating volunteer teams. Attendees then toured the accompanying exhibition, exploring the products of the productive families affiliated with the Society.
