
Saudi Arabia has strongly condemned the attack on and damage to the Kuwaiti Consulate General in Basra, Iraq. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs denounced the storming of the building and the clear violation of its diplomatic sanctity.

The Kingdom reiterated its firm rejection of such irresponsible actions, emphasizing that all countries are required to fully protect consular staff and facilities in line with the 1963 Vienna Convention on Consular Relations.
