Wrth Takes Part in Saudi Cultural Week in Albania

The Royal Institute of Traditional Arts (Wrth) is currently taking part in the Saudi Cultural Week in Albania, according to the Saudi Press Agency.

In cooperation with the Ministry of Culture, Wrth’s participation features four main stations, as follows:

  • Sound identity experience: It offers an exceptional blend between Saudi and Albanian musical rhythms.
  • Interactive weaving panel (Sadu): This section combines both Saudi Sadu motifs and Albanian carpets in a collective work titled “Shared Memory.”
  • Wrth store: It showcases innovative artistic products from the works of the institute’s students and entrepreneurs.

Wrth Takes Part in Saudi Cultural Week in Albania

Interestingly, the participation aligns with the objectives of the Year of Handicrafts 2025 of supporting and empowering artisans and students.

By actively taking part in this initiative, Wrth seeks to showcase Saudi traditional arts, foster the global presence of Saudi culture, as well as fulfill the goals of the National Culture Strategy within the Saudi Vision 2030.

Wrth Takes Part in Saudi Cultural Week in Albania

Set to ruin until September 20, Saudi Cultural Week in Albanian capital Tirana aims to boost cultural and artistic ties between Saudi Arabia and Albania.

Through interactive experiences and cultural activities, both countries celebrate the commonalities between the traditional arts of their nations.
