The Gulf Theatre Festival Concludes its Activities in Riyadh
The closing night of the Gulf Theatre Festival kicked off this evening at the Gulf Theatre in Riyadh.
At the conclusion of the 14th edition of the Gulf Theater Festival, Khalid Al-Baz, the current director of the festival, gave a speech in which he highlighted how the theatrical performances had brought joy over the course of the 10-day event.
Additionally, he noted that Saudi Arabia’s contributions to the Gulf Theater Festival showcased its prominent status and leadership, observing that the festival featured a diverse and distinctive range of performances.
Al-Baz clarified that the goal of the new edition of the festival was to build a new generation of leaders and creators, leaders in the art of theater in their countries. He also expressed the highest gratitude to His Highness the Minister of Culture, the Performing Arts Authority, and the working committees of the festival across all disciplines.
The winning works of the fourth session of the festival are expected to be announced tonight.
Finally, the anticipation is building as attendees eagerly await the reveal of the winners who will take home the prestigious awards.
