The urgent operation was launched after a patient suffering from a heart attack was admitted to Al Haram Emergency Hospital. After receiving initial treatment, the individual was swiftly airlifted to King Abdullah Medical City for advanced care, adhering to the highest medical standards for critical cases.
The introduction of air evacuation services significantly improves emergency response times at the Grand Mosque. The helipad enables rapid transfers of critically ill patients to specialized hospitals, enhancing life-saving efforts and ensuring prompt access to advanced medical treatment.
