The President of the Saudi Chambers Federation, Hassan Al-Huwaizi, and the President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Tajikistan signed an agreement today to establish a joint Saudi-Tajik Business Council. It aimed at enhancing trade and investment between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Republic of Tajikistan.
The signing ceremony took place in Riyadh, in the presence of the First Deputy Prime Minister of Tajikistan, Hakim Khalikzoda, the Minister of Investment, Engineer Khalid Al-Falih, and several officials and business representatives from both countries.
The council will engage in various trade and promotional activities in a systematic manner, focusing on trade and investment in diverse economic sectors identified in the economic cooperation agenda. It will also serve as a platform for Saudi and Tajik businessmen to showcase and promote their activities and establish business partnerships.
