Saudi Arabia Showcases Heritage, Civilizational Journey at Madinah Cultural Festival
Saudi Arabia’s pavilion at the 2026 International Cultural Festival spotlights the Kingdom’s rich history and the milestones of its national development journey, according to Arab News.
Organized by the Islamic University of Madinah, the festival serves as a unique platform for highlighting evolution of the Saudi state, offering rare glimpse into its cultural heritage and transformative progress.
The pavilion features a richly layered cultural and historical narrative, reflecting the of Saudi identity.
From ancient rock inscriptions to curated heritage collections and archaeological artifacts, the exhibition traces the successive phases of the Saudi state, including its civilizational evolution across centuries.
The pavilion also pays attention to the Saudi Vision 2030, providing a forward-looking perspective on the Kingdom’s ambitious goals and its advanced initiatives to foster its position on the global stage.
Therefore, the event represents a dynamic platform for cultural exchange, strengthening dialogue and building bridges between diverse communities.
This year’s edition is also witnessing the participation of the General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque, showcasing its extensive efforts undertaken to serve the Two Holy Mosques and offer seamless experience to their visitors.
