Saudi Arabia Offers Virtual Medical Consultations during Hajj 2024

The Saudi Ministry of Health announced that pilgrims can get instant virtual medical consultation services during Hajj 2024, reported the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).

Represented by SEHA Virtual Hospital, the ministry explained that the virtual medical consultations are available 24/7 and can be accessed through the following platforms:

  • “Sehhaty” Application
  • “X” Platform
  • Calls via the unified number 937

The ministry has designed the virtual services to provide the pilgrims with the necessary medical assistance at any time and any locations to ensure the safety and health of pilgrims while performing their rituals.

Medical consultations are available in six languages: Arabic, English, French, Turkish, Farsi, and Urdu.

Pilgrims can register via “Sehhaty” with their border number and will immediately receive audio, written, or visual medical consultations.

Furthermore, the service has an exclusive feature that allows pilgrims to attach files, discuss the results of radiology and analyses, and obtain an electronic medical prescription.

The virtual consultation is part of the Saudi Health Ministry’s commitment to boosting the healthcare services and providing pilgrims with cutting-edge technologies during Hajj 2024.

Moreover, the Kidney Center at King Fahd Hospital has fully equipped a kidney dialysis hall containing all medical services and headed by professional and qualified doctors and nurses.

With 11 devices, the hall is ready to carry out 22 dialysis sessions per day.
