Pakistan has exempted Saudi citizens from needing a pre-entry visa for stays of up to 90 days. This is the first time such an exemption has been granted, following the Pakistani government’s recent announcement of visa waivers for Saudi citizens and other Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.
The Pakistani government confirmed that, under the revised visa policy, citizens of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries no longer need to apply for an Electronic Travel Authorization or visa through the Pakistani electronic visa system for work or tourism.
The government also added that GCC citizens can now travel to Pakistan for business or tourism purposes without the need for a visa.
