OSP International Training Program for Olympic Gold Medalists Launched at Oxford
The 10 trainees, who are students from middle and high school, will receive skills in programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning through a two-week training program. They will also learn to employ algorithms to solve practical problems and understand the ethical implications of AI technologies. Additionally, the program also includes workshops and activities designed to enhance personal and professional skills.
OSP Program
The ages of the students participating in the OSP program range from 14 to 18 years. These students, from the Kingdom, joined their peers from various countries around the world. Upon completion of the program, they will also receive a certificate accredited by the British Accreditation Council (BAC) with the opportunity to obtain an academic recommendation for studying at a university considered one of the most prestigious in the world.
The final stage of the National Olympiad for Programming and Artificial Intelligence (Athka), supported by Tahakom Company, featured 298 male and female students. Furthermore, these students were selected from 260,000 applicants from middle and high schools across Saudi Arabia. The Olympiad aims to train them in competitive programming and AI, supporting Saudi Vision 2030 by building national capacities.
