The Saudi National Center of Meteorology (NCM) stated that the countdown to the end of this winter season has officially begun this month, according to Al-Ekhbariya TV channel.
The NCM’s spokesman, Hussein Al-Qahtani, said that the Kingdom is projected to record degrees below zero.

“The center also expects certain waves coming from the north along with a drop in temperatures below the normal rate,” the spokesman added.
Apart from this, Al-Qahtani noted that there are significant projections of cold waves accompanied by active winds and dust in some regions of the Kingdom.
