Inflavour Expo Starts in Saudi Arabia

On Sunday, the Riyadh Exhibition and Conference Center (Mulhim) witnessed the grand opening of the Inflavour Expo. It’s the largest food and beverage exhibition in the Kingdom, organized by Tahaluf and supported by the Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture.

The event had over 400 exhibitors, around 200 speakers, and 200 investors. It brings together major companies, manufacturers, businessmen, chefs, and other food and beverage specialists from around the world.

Inflavour Expo Objectives

Running until October 31, the Inflavour Expo aims to achieve sustainability and food security. It focuses on enhancing innovation in the Kingdom’s food technology sector and setting new standards for the industry regionally and globally.

Government Support

Ahmed bin Saleh Al-Ayada, Deputy Minister of Environment, Water, and Agriculture, emphasized the Kingdom’s commitment to the agricultural sector through adopting national agriculture-related strategies.

Furthermore, he highlighted various national strategies and sectoral plans aimed at improving agricultural production and securing food supply chains.

Overcoming Challenges

This global event aims to overcome challenges in food production and industry. It also aims to boost investment in food services and expand the food and beverage industry.

Anticipated Attendance

The expo is expected to attract thousands of food and beverage enthusiasts. More than 435 companies from 143 countries are participating, including 119 companies that have invested in the Kingdom. The expo features an investment and networking platform, focusing on connecting various projects and helping investors diversify their portfolios.

Inflavour Expo is the first commercial event aimed at finding innovative solutions to enhance food-related activities and investments. It also focuses on securing healthy food that meets diverse dietary needs and preferences.

Inflavour Expo invites food and cooking enthusiasts to visit and explore its unique events and programs. It’s an opportunity to witness the Kingdom’s growing prominence as a global hub for food import, export, and re-export, and to connect with over 50 emerging and advanced food and beverage companies showcasing their products and participating in networking and promotional activities.
