Hajj 2026: Second Registration Phase Opens for Domestic Pilgrims on 18 April

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has announced the launch of the second phase of domestic pilgrim registration starting Saturday, 18 April. This specific registration window welcomes Saudi citizens and expatriates who successfully performed the Hajj pilgrimage within the last five years.

Applicants must complete the entire registration process through the Nusuk electronic application to secure their spots for this year’s season. The ministry confirmed that authorities will only consider these secondary applications if vacancies remain after the first phase concludes successfully. Therefore, eligible individuals should prepare their digital accounts immediately to ensure they do not miss this limited opportunity for participation.

Previous Registration Phases and Priority

The ministry previously initiated the first data registration phase on 23 February for those who had not performed Hajj recently. Subsequently, officials opened the package booking phase on 4 March to allow first-time pilgrims to finalize their holy journey arrangements. While the ministry prioritizes new pilgrims, this second phase ensures that the remaining capacity serves the wider community of believers.

Expatriates wishing to apply must hold a valid residency permit at the time of their electronic application through the platform. Furthermore, the ministry mandates that pilgrims conclude all service contracts exclusively through licensed companies listed on the official Nusuk application. These regulations protect the rights of the pilgrims and ensure a high standard of service throughout the entire Hajj season.

Pilgrims must create a personal account, verify their eligibility, select a preferred package, and settle all fees through the SADAD system. These electronic procedures guarantee a transparent and efficient process for every applicant aiming to reach the holy sites this year. For further assistance, users may visit the official Nusuk website or contact the unified call center at the number 1966.
