Hajj 2026: Saudi Arabia Launches Domestic Pilgrim Booking Portal

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has officially launched the booking phase for domestic pilgrims on Wednesday to streamline the holy journey. This announcement specifically targets Saudi citizens and expatriates who currently hold a valid residency permit within the Kingdom.

Eligible individuals who completed their initial data registration can now select their preferred Hajj packages through the Nusuk application. Users may also access the official website to choose suitable options and generate their payment invoices for the upcoming season. Furthermore, the ministry integrated the SADAD system to facilitate secure and rapid electronic payments for all domestic pilgrims this year.

Strict Payment Deadlines for Applicants

Applicants must settle their booking invoices within 72 hours to secure their spots before the deadline on 14 May. Consequently, the ministry will reduce this payment window to only six hours starting from 15 May to maximize available opportunities. The electronic system will automatically cancel any reservation if the pilgrim fails to complete the payment within these specified timeframes.

The ministry permits cancellations without any financial deductions until 30 Shawwal, provided the system has not yet issued the permit. However, specific refund policies and tiered deductions will apply to all cancellation requests submitted after the official issuance of permits. Authorities confirmed that pilgrims will receive no refunds for cancellations made from 1 Dhu Al-Hijjah until the digital platform closes.

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah urges all local worshippers to review package details carefully before confirming their binding contracts. Interested parties should complete their procedures promptly through the Nusuk platform, website or contact the unified call center at 1966 for assistance. This comprehensive digital approach ensures equitable access and organized seating for the largest possible number of blessed Hajj beneficiaries.
