
Advisor Turki Alalshikh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Entertainment Authority (GEA), announced that Riyadh Season’s sixth edition has drawn 17 million visitors, coinciding with the conclusion of the season’s activities. This milestone highlights the remarkable public engagement and turnout since the event’s launch.
Since its launch last October, Riyadh Season offered a comprehensive entertainment experience, featuring diverse content across themed zones, theatrical performances, and major sporting events, including boxing, tennis, and snooker. The season also hosted international and regional concerts, alongside interactive experiences designed for all age groups, delivered within a world-class entertainment ecosystem.

The season’s zones saw high visitor engagement, driven by the variety of events and continuously evolving experiences. This contributed to enhancing Riyadh’s entertainment and tourism sector, attracting visitors from across the Kingdom and beyond.
The sixth edition also showcased expanded scale and improved quality of events, coupled with ongoing enhancements in organizational processes and service standards. These improvements elevated the visitor experience, while demonstrating Saudi Arabia’s capabilities in hosting major global events.

Reaching 17 million visitors underscores Riyadh Season’s ongoing success and its central role in supporting the Kingdom’s Quality of Life initiatives, further cementing its status on the global entertainment map.
