The Catalyst: Two major beach zones in Obhur (South Obhur and North Obhur) are driving this momentum, attracting diverse crowds, from casual family vacationers to adrenaline-fueled water sports enthusiasts.

Serves as an exemplary public destination fully equipped with open-water swimming zones, modern amenities, and family-friendly recreation.
