AlUla announced its participation in the Arabian Travel Market 2024, currently being held in Dubai until May 9, through a special environmentally friendly pavilion. It will present a group of announcements and strategic partnerships that reflect the sustainable growth of the destination.
AlUla’s participation aims also to enhance communication with the most prominent bodies and experts in the travel sector.
Its participation this year will also witness the signing of memorandums of understanding (MoU) with Saudia Holidays, Wego, Jet Class, Petal Ads, and Go Zahid, opening the doors to new partnerships that keep pace with AlUla’s growth as a leading luxury heritage destination.
The agreement with Saudia Holidays involves promoting AlUla’s packages through co-branded campaigns. With Wego, the largest online travel market in the Middle East and North Africa, there will be joint marketing campaigns, promotions, and exclusive offers to attract more visitors. Jet Class collaboration will enhance AlUla’s luxury status through private jet charter services. Moreover, partnering with Petal Ads will showcase AlUla’s offerings across various media platforms in China.
AlUla received prestigious awards at the World Travel Awards for the Middle East 2024, including Best Cultural Tourism Project for 2024, Best Events and Festivals Destination for 2024, and Best Pioneering Cultural Tourism Project in the Kingdom for 2024.
Rami Al-Muallem, VP of Tourism Destination Management and Marketing at the Royal Commission for AlUla, stated, “We had a great start at the Arabian Travel Market, receiving three prestigious awards from the World Travel Awards. During our participation, we’ll showcase AlUla’s latest developments, including hotel announcements, partnerships, and events. Visit our booth to learn more. We’re thrilled to be back in Dubai to share our progress with partners and the media.”
