Wael Al-Jaafari, Executive VP of Technical Services at Saudi Aramco, emphasized innovation in process engineering during his speech at MEPEC 2024. He further highlighted the importance of investing in human resources to drive technological innovation.

Therefore, we continue to provide training and educational programs that continue throughout the course of professional life, and train our engineers and employees with the aim of developing them to keep pace with the challenges of rapid changes in the field of process engineering.”

At the same time, we aspire to achieve greater sustainability, in light of the challenges surrounding these two requirements to modernize and maintain our facilities, we need more efforts to re-engineer operations by adopting the latest technologies to achieve safety and enhance the reliability that we aspire to.”
