25,081 Patients Visit AlAsyah Hospital in 2023

The outpatient clinics at AlAsyah Hospital provided services to 25,081 beneficiaries during the year 2023, reported Saudi Press Agency.
Breakdown of Total Number of Visits
The Health Assembly in the Al Qassim region clarified that the Orthopedic Clinic received the highest number of visitors, reaching 5,001 patients.
In the second place came the Internal Medicine Clinic with 3,794 visitors.
The Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic ranked third, serving 2,776 patients.
It was noted that the number of beneficiaries of the Urology Clinic’s services reached 1,716, while the Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) Clinic had 1,969 visitors.
The Dermatology Clinic received 2,067 visitors. The assembly added that the number of beneficiaries of the Pediatrics Clinic’s services was 1,914, and the Ophthalmology Clinic served 17,258 beneficiaries.
In the Surgery Clinic, 1,596 beneficiaries were recorded, and the Dental Clinic had 2,520 visitors.
This sums up the total number of beneficiaries of the outpatient clinics at AlAsyah Hospital for the past year.
King Saud Hospital
A statistic issued by King Saud Hospital in Unayzah, one of the components of the Qassim Health Cluster, revealed that the total number of recorded visits to the emergency department during the past year 2023 reached 132,180 visits. The emergency department provides services to patients in various departments, reported Saudi Press Agency.
Breakdown of Number of Visits to Each Department
The cluster mentioned that the hospital’s annual statistic showed that the emergency department received 76,218 male and female visitors. Moreover, the number of beneficiaries from adult monitoring services was 16,947.
The number of visitors to the endoscopy unit was 33, and the number of visits to the women’s examination clinic was 262.
The cluster added that 754 individuals visited the women’s convalescence department, while the gynecological emergencies received 9,217 cases. Emergency isolation services benefited 3,203 cases.
The number of visitors to the men’s emergency department was 1,269 visitors.
‘The number of beneficiaries from the men’s convalescence unit was 2,329 beneficiaries, while the number of pediatric emergency cases received by the hospital was 15,099 cases. Respiratory services were provided to 27 beneficiaries, while the number of resuscitation visitors was 4,942 visitors, and there were 1,880 other cases that benefited from the hospital’s emergency services,” said the cluster.
