Ms. Al-Jawhara bint Turki Al-Otaishan confirmed; as Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Sawahel Al Jazeera Media Company that Saudi women have proven their success in many different fields and sectors.
Al-Jawhara said during the Women Empowerment Conference in Riyadh 2022, that the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 had a major and fundamental role in placing Saudi women on the path to success.
She added that Vision 2030 made women live a distinct reality and enjoy multiple rights and benefits.
Al-Jawhara explained that gains of Saudi women put them in front of their responsibility to participate in supporting the Kingdom’s economy.
Sawahel Al Jazeera Media Company’s organization of the Women Empowerment Conference in Riyadh comes to overcome the obstacles that stand in the way of Saudi women’s success, raise awareness about their role and capabilities in all sectors while enhancing opportunities for female entrepreneurs to communicate with investors, financiers, and marketers, and discovering new sectors that Saudi women have proven to be successful.
It supports women’s talents and encourages creativity and innovation in various fields.
It is worth noting that Sawahel Al Jazeera Media Company organizes 4 workshops within the framework of the Women Empowerment Conference in Riyadh, which witnessed influential participation by several Saudi women and entrepreneurs, as follows:
First:
On preserving the leadership identity of women, presented by Her Excellency Eng. Amal Al-Essa, is an expert in artificial intelligence and machine learning.
Second:
On sustainable development in women’s economic empowerment, presented by Dr. Awatef Al-Anzi; Assistant Director of Partnerships and Social Responsibility Units at the College of Education at Princess Nourah University.
Third:
About the Kingdom’s efforts to support Saudi women, presented by the lawyer, Professor Rehab Al-Rahimi, a lawyer and member of the Bar Committee in Riyadh, the Saudi Lawyers Association, and the founder of Rehab Al-Rahimi Law Firm and Legal Consultations.

How a working woman overcomes the pressures of work psychologically and in the family, presented by Ms. Manal Al-Rashed, MSc in Psychology, and Ms. Hessa Al-Qahtani, MSc in Social Counseling, speaks on the same topic of the session.
