Saudi Naval Forces to Organize 3rd International Maritime Forum in Nov.

Under the auspicious of Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Defense Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Royal Saudi Naval Forces will organize the third Saudi International Maritime Forum in November.

According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the forum will take place from November 19 to 21 at Dhahran Expo in the Eastern Region.

Themed “Maritime Security in the AI Era: Trends and Threats,” the forum perfectly aligns with the rapid developments of artificial intelligence and its cutting-edge technologies.

The forum will tackle the challenges and threats of the maritime security and the navel strategies in the era of AI.

It will highlight the participation of several leaders and senior officials specialized in military, scientific, and technical areas across various countries.

Through a vast array of sessions and workshops, the event will focus on numerous themes, including:

  • Naval strategies in the AI era
  • Policies and regulations for integrating AI into naval operations
  • Modern naval systems and their impact on maritime security
  • Cybersecurity challenges
  • Naval training
  • The development of human capital amid the AI revolution
  • The future of military industries

In addition to the forum, an accompanying exhibition will showcase the latest technologies and systems in maritime security, with the participation of the most prominent local, regional, and international companies.
