Saudi Interior Minister Signs Security Cooperation Deal with French Counterpart
Saudi Minister of Interior Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud held a significant meeting on Monday with French Counterpart Bruno Retailleau at the French Interior Ministry’s headquarters in Paris, according to the Saudi Press Agency.
Both ministers signed an executive document detailing future avenues of security cooperation between the Saudi and French ministries.

During the meeting, both ministers delved into several topics on security affairs between the two countries.
Then, Prince Abdulaziz and Retailleau held an official discussion session to foster security cooperation in accordance with the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz and his Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.

Crucially, Prince Abdulaziz stressed the Kingdom’s dedication to enhancing cooperation with France in order to combat all forms of crime, track down perpetrators and confront international drug trafficking and money laundering networks. Moreover, Saudi Arabia is keen on exchanging expertise between specialists in both countries.

Apart from this, the prince extended his congratulations to Retailleau on the National Day of the French Republic, expressing his wishes for the continued security, safety, and prosperity of the French government and people.
