The King Abdulaziz Foundation for Research and Archives (Darah) is currently taking part in the Doha International Book Fair as part of Saudi Arabia’s pavilion, according to the Saudi Press Agency.
Running through May 23, the 35th edition of the fair brings together over 515 publishers and entities from 36 countries.

Darah is showcasing a curated collection of scholarly, historical, and cultural publications, as well as archival and knowledge-driven projects that thoughtfully document and preserve Saudi Arabia’s historical record for researchers and academics.
By participating in the fair, Darah spotlights its commitment to advancing historical knowledge and safeguarding the Kingdom’s collective memory, while also enhancing cultural exchange with institutions and audiences from all over the world.

Through a vast array of publications and manuscripts, the Ministry of Islamic Affairs is also taking part in the event, highlighting Saudi Arabia’s efforts to serve Islam and Muslims.
On May 14, the Literature, Publishing and Translation Commission inaugurated the Saudi pavilion at the Doha International Book Fair, reflecting the Kingdom’s growing presence within the global publishing and cultural arenas.
