Saudi Arabia renews its keenness on a political solution in Ukraine
Prince Muhammad bin Salman, Crown Prince and Deputy Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia, met in Jeddah on Tuesday with Rustam Omreyev, advisor and special envoy of the Ukrainian President.
During the meeting, the Saudi Crown Prince affirmed the Kingdom’s keenness and support for all international efforts aimed at resolving the Ukrainian crisis politically, and continuing efforts to contribute to alleviating the humanitarian effects resulting from it.
In turn, the presidential envoy conveyed the greetings of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz and the Crown Prince and expressed his country’s appreciation for the good humanitarian efforts made by the Crown Prince and Saudi Arabia through the King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Action.
The meeting was attended by Prince Khalid bin Salman, Deputy Minister of Defense, and Dr. Musaed Al-Aiban, Minister of State, Member of the Cabinet, and National Security Adviser.
