The E-Sports World Cup Foundation, in cooperation with the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Tourism, announced the issuance of an electronic visa for ticket holders of the E-Sports World Cup.
This event will be held for the first time in Riyadh over eight weeks from July 3 to August 25, 2024. Additionally, the visa aims to simplify the procedures for visitors and ensure the success of international events hosted by the Kingdom.
Moreover, people wishing to know more information about the tournament and attend its events can visit the Esports World Cup website, and can submit a visa application through the unified national visa platform “Saudi Visa” to obtain a single-entry visa online valid for 90 days.
It is worth noting that the Electronic Sports World Cup is part of the National Strategy for Games and Electronic Sports, launched by Crown Prince and Prime Minister Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz.
The event strengthens the Kingdom’s position as a global destination for gaming and e-sports. It promotes tourism, diversifies the economy, and develops promising sectors in line with the “Kingdom’s Vision 2030.” Additionally, it highlights the gaming and e-sports sector’s role in connecting communities and spreading cultures.
