Saudi Arabia Boosts Industrial Cooperation with German Companies in ACHEMA Exhibition
Saudi Deputy Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources for Industry Affairs Eng. Khalil Ibrahim bin Salamah met with the most prominent officials of German manufacturing sector in Frankfurt, reported the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
Through numerous meetings and discussions, they explored ways to foster the bilateral industrial cooperation and the exchange of experiences.
Bin Salamah seized the opportunity and showcased the exceptional investment opportunities provided by the Saudi industrial sector, mentioning the Kingdom’s adoption of cutting-edge industrial technologies and innovations.
These meetings were part of Bin Salamah’s participation in ACHEMA Exhibition, a significant platform for manufacturing industries, held in the Federal Republic of Germany.
Bin Salamah held meetings with numerous pioneering companies, including:
- Jagdamba Enterprise
- Baker Hughes
- Panametrics
- Elektromag Makine
- The GEA Group
- Aylward Europe
- LINDE
- IMA
Furthermore, he visited various factories of the most prominent German petrochemical companies, such as Sanofi, in which he suggested ways to strengthen innovation and sustainability and exploring opportunities for localizing pharmaceutical industries.
Moreover, Bin Salamah, during the third day of his visit, participated in a dialogue session themed “Overcoming the Global Challenge of the Transition to Green Energy in the Chemical Industry”, which delved into economic diversification, technical innovations, and sustainability.
ACHEMA 2024 Exhibition is one of the leading trade fairs in the world in the manufacturing sector.
It takes place in the German city of Frankfurt from June 10 to 14.
The exhibition brings together the pioneering companies and significant businessmen in manufacturing industries from all over the world.
