The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Riyadh Chamber, Abdallah Al-Obeikan, welcomed a trade delegation from the Amman Chamber of Commerce, led by its Chairman, Khalil Mohammad Al-Haj Tawfiq. The meeting was attended by Jordan’s Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Dr. Haitham Abu Al-Foul, alongside members of the Riyadh Chamber’s board and a number of prominent business leaders.
During the meeting, participants discussed opportunities to strengthen trade and investment cooperation between the business communities of Saudi Arabia and Jordan. Additionally, the talks focused on enhancing bilateral trade, expanding economic partnerships, and maximizing available investment opportunities. Emphasis was also placed on addressing challenges faced by investors through the exchange of business delegations and the organization of joint events to support commercial collaboration.
On the sidelines of the meeting, the Riyadh Chamber and the Amman Chamber of Commerce signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) aimed at reinforcing trade relations and expanding investment cooperation. The MoU provides a framework for exchanging data and technical expertise, as well as coordinating joint initiatives to further strengthen collaboration between the two chambers.
