Nadhmi Al-Nasr, the CEO of NEOM, recently proclaimed that they are on the brink of presenting the world with its first futuristic city. Moreover, they boast of a lifestyle superior to that of London.

Al-Nasr emphasized that the best testament to the flexibility of NEOM’s design and lifestyle is the project “The Line”.
Al-Nasr described “The Line” as one of the major assets of NEOM, asserting that the company envisions a future where around 9 million people will reside in NEOM city.
Speaking during one of the sessions of the Future Investment Initiative, NEOM’s CEO mentioned that the project only represents 5% of the land area of London, yet the individuals choosing to live there will experience better health.
Al-Nasr continued, stating that the citizens of the city will also enjoy a better lifestyle, relying on renewable energy, pointing out that the world cannot continue building large cities in the current manner.
Al-Nasr elaborated: “I am sure there will be a radical change in urban development in the future,” confirming that this belief is shared by the NEOM team which comprises members from all around the world.

The seventh edition of the Future Investment Initiative (FII) kicked off the day before yesterday, Tuesday, in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, amidst various geopolitical and economic challenges.
This edition is themed “The New Compass,” and aims to focus on three main areas: energy, artificial intelligence, and investment priorities.
