” Monsha’at ” Seeks to Support SMEs by Tomoh Program
The Governor of the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises “ Monsha’at ” Sami Al-Husseini, delivered a speech saying: “ Monsha’at ” seeks to support and develop small and medium enterprises with several activities, programs and events, including this forum in its sixth edition.
The forum sheds light on several topics that contribute to empowering leaders from CEOs and exploiting opportunities and keeping pace with developments in the field of business to develop and grow their facilities.
“Tomoh” program
Al-Husseini illustrated more about the “Tomoh” program, which aims to stimulate the growth of enterprises and create opportunities for business and expansion locally and regionally.
“Tomoh” includes more than 1,000 enterprises that are among the best enterprises in the Kingdom, and includes quality services and growth programs at a high level and various activities and events conducted by more than 40 local and international service providers.
Al-Husseini confirmed the support of the enterprises affiliated with Tomoh that maintain several qualities.
Al-Husseini indicated that 160 of them were supported to qualify them for listing on the stock market; 14 of them were offered in the market, and the total investments in “Tomoh” enterprises exceeded 1.5 billion riyals since 2022.
The growth rate of revenues of “Tomoh” enterprises reached 40% for 2022 recording revenues of 16 billion riyals.
According to Monsha’at ’s data on its website, “Tomoh” is a community for small and medium-sized enterprises with accelerated growth.
Tomoh program enterprises
The number of enterprises registered in Tomoh program reached 1401 enterprises, and the number of services provided reached 35 services; the number of service providers is 46, and the services were used 5227 times.
Al-Husseini highlighted the vital role of accelerated growth enterprises and their impact on global economies, indicating that their number in the Kingdom reached more than 17 thousand enterprises, contributing more than 50% of the total growth rate of small and medium enterprises’ contribution to GDP.
The Governor of Monsha’at stated that the forum is one of the aspects of support as it hosts CEOs and officials from 500 companies, and more than 40 speakers, investors and local and international decision-makers.
It is noteworthy that the CEO Forum in its sixth edition, which is attended by more than 500 CEOs, investors, public and private sector officials, aims to introduce government programs and initiatives that support small and medium enterprise owners.
