The eighth edition of the Misk Global Forum (MGF) 2024 kicks off in Riyadh on Monday, set for November 18-19. This year’s event, hosted at Mohammed bin Salman Nonprofit City (Misk City), promises to be a transformative gathering for young leaders worldwide.
A Global Gathering of Innovators and Leaders
With the theme “By Youth for Youth,” MGF 2024 will bring together young people from Saudi Arabia and across the globe. The forum will feature over 150 speakers, 100 panel discussions, and 30 interactive workshops. These sessions will address pressing topics like sustainability, education, technology, innovation, health, culture, and climate change.
The event aims to inspire youth to think creatively and collaborate on solutions to the challenges of tomorrow. Discussions will encourage participants to explore opportunities for development and social impact.
Key Speakers and Thought Leadership
The forum will feature prominent figures such as Badr Al-Badr, CEO of the Misk Foundation, who will share his vision for empowering youth through education and innovation. Abdullah Alswaha, Saudi Arabia’s minister of communications and information technology, will emphasize the importance of technology in shaping future societies.
Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak will also take the stage, offering insights on entrepreneurship and tech innovation. Together, these leaders will inspire the next generation of changemakers.
Innovative Spaces for Collaboration
MGF 2024 will provide unique spaces for interaction, including The Stage, The Majlis, Leaders Diwan, Skills Dukkan, Youth Bayt, and AlWaha. These areas will offer participants a chance to engage in meaningful conversations and foster connections with global innovators.
Founded in 2011 by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, the Misk Foundation supports initiatives like Misk City and Art Institute. These projects aim to cultivate creativity and innovation, benefiting youth worldwide.
