The Ministry of Tourism has received the first groups of pilgrims arriving in Makkah and Madinah, marking the beginning of this year’s Hajj season with organized welcome activities that reflect Saudi hospitality and dedication to serving guests.
Reception events were held at various hospitality venues, incorporating cultural and traditional elements that showcase the Kingdom’s heritage in welcoming pilgrims, helping ensure a smooth and well-coordinated arrival experience.

According to the ministry, these efforts are part of a broader, integrated government plan aimed at providing a safe and seamless Hajj journey from arrival to departure.
The ministry also emphasized its ongoing collaboration with relevant authorities and the private sector to enhance accommodation services in hotels and other facilities, prioritizing both efficiency and comfort.

It also confirmed that strict adherence to regulations will be enforced, with inspection teams increasing field visits to oversee service quality and address any violations.
Pilgrims are encouraged to reach out to the Unified Tourism Center (930) for inquiries, feedback, or to submit complaints.
