The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has introduced a comprehensive awareness guide for domestic pilgrims participating in the 1447 AH Hajj season. This initiative aims to improve pilgrims’ preparedness and increase their understanding of procedures and guidelines, ensuring a smooth and reassuring pilgrimage experience. It was developed in collaboration with several government entities, including the Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Transport and Logistic Services, and Ministry of Media through the Unified Hajj Media Operations Center, along with other key organizations involved in serving pilgrims.
The guide offers complete advisory support throughout the pilgrim’s journey, starting from early preparations before departure. It covers personal readiness, travel requirements, and designated gathering points, as well as instructions for transportation to the holy sites and adherence to approved schedules.

It also provides detailed information about the Nusuk card, which grants access to the holy sites and the Grand Mosque, including how to use its digital version. Additionally, the guide includes contact details for service providers and important support numbers, such as those for the Pilgrims Care Center, healthcare services, and emergency assistance.
To help pilgrims navigate their journey, the guide outlines organizational pathways using illustrative maps of the holy sites, Hajj schedules, and transportation arrangements. It also presents a simplified explanation of Hajj rituals, enabling pilgrims to perform them in line with official regulations while maintaining safety for themselves and others.

Furthermore, the guide emphasizes positive behaviors that reflect the values and etiquette of Hajj. It includes advice on managing crowds, avoiding heat exhaustion, maintaining cleanliness, and cooperating with organizers—factors that enhance the overall experience and improve operational efficiency during the season.
The ministry encourages all domestic pilgrims to review and benefit from the guide before and during their pilgrimage, noting that it is available for download through: https://haj.gov.sa/ar/Awareness-Center/Awareness-Guides/Internal-Hajj-Guide.
